ORDERING

 

We Ship to APO and FPO by USPS.

 

All sales are final. We will only replace the defective item with Proper RMA number. There will be 20% restocking fee on all the returns.

 

We recommend you buy enough for your project because there might be variation in the color because we cannot guarantee color match on two different lots. Your ordered items quantity may be adjusted to the bolt size or pack. There might be no inter compatibility of colors between different items please confirm with us to make sure before or after placing an order.

 

Though items may be color fast, but we do not make any guarantee for color fastness, shrinkage, usage etc. Please do your own testing before use. Colors shown on this website are for reference only may differ from actual depending on the resolution your Monitor screen. Call us or We advise you to request for Swatches before you purchase.

 

Closeout Items are sold as is there might be color variations, cosmetic flaws etc. so no exchange or return for these if you have any question, please contact us before you purchase.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE 

 

We will only replace or fix the defective item if claim is made within 5 days of receipt of goods with Proper RMA number. Customers are requested to send the merchandise back at their cost and we will replace and ship the item free of charge. Refund or substitutes are not allowed.

If you don't find an ITEM on the web site, please send email or give us a call. If we don't stock it, we'll be glad to special order it for you. We're constantly adding new and forthcoming items so check back with us often.

SHIPPING

We Ship to APO and FPO by USPS.

Orders shipped by USPS are uninsured, we are not responsible for lost or damages unless additional insurance is requested. Shipping Charges are non-refunded.

Most of the orders are shipped same business day if placed before 3.00pm CST the day we receive them, some conditions do apply. Please note that this applies to UPS shipments to US addresses, and only to business days when UPS is operating excluding weekends and holidays. If you order a item that we need to special order for you, we'll provide you with an estimate of the time it takes to get the item to you.

Rush Shipments are available within the continental U.S. by UPS Next day or UPS Second Day Delivery (we might also use FedEx or DHL) time to time.

All shipping charges are automatically calculated by the system according to weight / size /destination of the item at the time of shipping. We may charge a very nominal shipping and handling charge according to the size /weight/price of the item) to keep our prices low and competitive. All items are shipped from our warehouse facility in Frisco, TX.

Customer will be responsible for all and any Taxes, Duties and customs clearance charges or any other. All prices are FOB (Our Warehouse) Frisco, TX.

We do not work or ship on Weekend and most Holidays nor does UPS or FedEx.

 

Next Day Air - Delivery by next following business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

2nd Day Air- Delivery by 2nd Business Day (excluding weekends and holidays).

3 Day Air Select - Delivery by 3rd Business Day (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

Saturday Delivery is only Available at extra cost if requested at the time of placing an order. There is no shipping or UPS & FedEx pickup on weekends.

 

We are not responsible for delays all or any caused by Bad Weather or act of GOD.
